A person wishing to transfer by mobility, who registers on the electronic portal of the LEPL- of the Management Information System https://students.emis.ge/ (from August 21 to September 9, 2024) and obtains the right to transfer to GTU by mobility, should immediately apply to GTU.

Those transferring to the Georgian Technical University under the mobility rule must apply (Appendix 1) and the attached documentation (Appendix 2) to the GTU.

Documents will be accepted: from September 12 to September 19, 2024. (every day except Saturdays and Sundays) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.;

Applicants for mobility enrollment must submit the following documentation:

1. Copy of ID card;

2. Copy of military registration certificate (for males).

3. Study card (marks paper) with a certified seal;

4. Certified copies of all orders (primary enrollment; status suspension/restoration/termination) in the personal file;

5. Document of recognition of education received in a foreign country (if any);

6. Bachelor’s degree - a copy of the secondary education certificate;

• Master's student - a copy of the bachelor’s diploma or a document equivalent to it (see a note); 

• Doctoral candidate – a copy of the Master’s diploma or a document equivalent to it (see a note).

The relevant faculty informs the person wishing to move about the included credits and the academic year determined on this basis no later than September 20, 2024;

The applicant for mobility is obliged to familiarize himself with the conclusion and the same day to express his consent or refusal to move to GTU in writing.
Otherwise, the University reserves the right not to consider the issue of his/her mobility enrollment at GTU without prior notice.

Please note that the receipt of documents and the application of consent/refusal to transfer to the GTU must be made in person by the applicant or his/her trusted person based on a notarized power of attorney.

Note: The documentation submitted by those wishing to enroll in the following master’s and doctoral programs on a mobility basis will be accepted considering the prerequisites for admission to the respective master's and doctoral programs.

• The order on mobility enrollment at GTU will be issued no later than October 1, 2024;

• A student enrolled at GTU with mobility signs an academic and financial agreement with the faculty after the order is issued.
