Within the framework of PROMENT, 12 tutoring and mentoring schemes have been developed:

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT TUTORING

This scheme helps first-year students quickly adapt to the new university environment.

MENTORING FOR IDPs

This scheme is specially designed for internally displaced and relocated students in Ukraine and Georgia who had to change their living or student environment for various reasons.

INTERNATIONALIZATION TUTORING FOR OUTGOING STUDENTS

The goal of this scheme is to provide the necessary support, consultation, and resources to students who plan to study or gain educational experience abroad.

BUDDY TUTORING

This mentoring scheme is created to support international students, especially young people arriving from different cultural and religious backgrounds who are beginning to adapt to a new country.

MENTORING FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

This mentoring scheme is developed to support students with disabilities and aims to empower them.

YOUNG TEACHER MENTORING

This mentoring scheme aims to prepare professionals capable of adapting to societal changes and using modern technologies in pedagogical activities.

GENDER MENTORING (WOMEN IN SCIENCE)

This mentoring scheme aims to empower female students, support their targeted development, and motivate them to actively participate in scientific activities.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT-LED MENTORING

This scheme is intended for higher education students studying law, public administration, and management.

DIGITAL TUTORING/MENTORING

The digital mentoring scheme is designed for students, including those trained in information technology and other specialties, and aims to strengthen their digital skills and prepare them for the demands of the growing labor market.

PROFESSIONAL MENTORING

This scheme is created to connect academic learning with real professional practice.

GREEN DEAL MENTORING

This scheme creates a learning platform where participants exchange knowledge and innovative practices in green technologies.

BUSINESS AND STARTUP MENTORING

This scheme is intended for senior students and the university's academic staff who plan to enter the labor market or commercialize their research.
