15-05-2008Scholarship Programs of the Government of Italy for 2008/2009 Academic Years
Government of Italy initiated 78 scholarships for Georgia for 2008/2009 Academic Years. Supporting international cultural partnership this initiation provides study or research courses for Georgian students in Higher Education or Scientific Centers in Italy.
These Scholarships are available from October (2008) and will be lasted till September (2009). Duration of the Doctoral and Master courses are continued till 31 March, 2010. Duration of the scholarships may be 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, for the short-term courses of the Italian language and Culture-1, 2 or 3 months.
Basic requirements:
- Proof of the Italian language
- The applicant should hold an academic degree appropriate to the Higher Education or the Scientific Centers of Italy
- The age of the applicant is restricted till 35 years. It's not considered for the Italian language teachers teaching at present.
