The rector of Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA), Professor Hafiz Pashayev, thanks the Rector, Academician Davit Gurgenidze, and the Georgian Technical University for hosting the “Baku Summer Energy School 2024 – BSES” at a high level.
As the Rector of ADA University, Professor Hafiz Pashayev notes in an official letter, in close partnership with the Georgian Technical University, from July 8 to 19 of this year, the Baku Energy Summer School was successfully implemented both in Baku and Tbilisi, in particular, at the GTU, that at a high level hosted the BSES Within three days, a team of international experts working in the field of energy and about 50 participants from 15 countries.
“Dear Rector, we happily recall your visit to Baku and the meetings at ADA University, as well as our visit to Tbilisi and your warm welcome at the Georgian Technical University.
Thanks to these visits, our universities could initiate and successfully implement the 18th annual Baku Summer Energy School (BSES) both in Baku and in Tbilisi – in the Georgian Technical University from July 8 to 19 of this year.
Along with Georgian University, partners of the program are ADA University Partnership Fund, BP Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan State Company SOCAR, GL, and KOLIN-Azerbaijan.
We are pleased that the annual two-week certificate program brought together world-renowned scientists and policymakers to discuss a wide range of global and regional energy as well as important environmental issues, including energy geopolitics, sustainable development, and climate change challenges in the context of energy systems, renewable energy ways of using opportunities in regional and global perspective. This year BSES was joined by 30 high-ranking international experts and 50 participants from 15 countries.
