The aim of the programme - Employing the fundamental theses of natural sciences and mathematics, graduates will learn modern approaches to civil engineering project management, as well as how to identify and solve engineering problems in the field using the most recent technical means and technologies.
Understanding the fundamental scientific issues of civil engineering will enable us to educate practising and innovative engineers who, with appropriate theoretical knowledge and professional competencies, will be able to participate and contribute to overcoming social, technical, and business challenges in the field.
Provide graduates with a solid foundation for continuing their studies in the field of civil engineering and continuous professional development.
Objective 1: Graduates of the CIVE program will be successful civil engineers in their respective fields of work.
Objective 2: Graduates of the CIVE program will be hands-on practitioners of civil engineering and will be effective collaborators and innovators, leading or participating in efforts to address social, technical, and business challenges.
Objective 3: CIVE program graduates will embrace the continuous learning necessary to practice civil engineering over their entire professional lifetimes and engage in life-long learning and professional development through self-study, continuing education or graduate and professional studies in engineering.
ABET accreditation:The Civil Engineering program is currently undergoing the accreditation process conducted by ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology), through its Engineering Accreditation Commission — EAC (Engineering Accreditation Commission). This process supports the program’s alignment with international standards and enhances the global competitiveness of its graduates.
