On June 5-21, organized by the Georgian Technical University the 89th Open International Scientific Conference of Students will be held. Those wishing to participate in the event must register on the conference website from April 30th to May 11th.

Students of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral educational programs of both Georgian and foreign higher educational institutions are eligible to participate in the conference.

Students wishing to participate in the conference have to register online and submit their thesis in Georgian and English as an attached file (MS Word format) (see the instructions for technical formatting of the thesis).

A registered student participating in the conference must submit one copy of the paper to the head of the relevant faculty section. 

Key dates:

• Registration of students wishing to participate in the conference will be held on the website from April 30th to May 11th, 2025.

• Submission of scientific papers to the head of the relevant faculty section will be held from April 30th to May 20th;

• Conference opening date: June 4th, 16:00, Tbilisi, M. Kostava St. №77, Georgian Technical University, Administrative Building, 3rd floor, Giorgi Nikoladze Hall;

• The work of the conference sections will be held from June 5th to June 21st at the relevant faculty;

• Conference closing date: July 8th, 16:00, Tbilisi, M. Kostava St. №77, Georgian Technical University, Administrative Building, 3rd floor, Ivane Javakhishvili Hall.
