At GTU, an extraordinary mobility is announced for first-year students of David Agmashenebeli University and for those who have obtained the right to enroll through mobility for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Those transferring to the Georgian Technical University under the rule of extraordinary mobility must write an application at the GTU and submit the necessary documentation listed below.

• Documents are accepted: from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. including October 1-4, 2024;

For the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, extraordinary mobility at the GTU is announced for the following educational programs

To enroll in extraordinary mobility must submit the following documentation:

• The entrants who, for the 2024-2025 academic year, have obtained the right to enroll at the Davit Agmashenebeli Iniversity (first-year students), must submit the following documentation:

1. Copy of ID card;

2. Copy of military registration certificate (for males).

3. Copy of secondary education certificate;

• Persons wishing to mobility, who have obtained the right to enroll at the Davit Agmashenebeli University for the 2024-2025 academic year, must submit the following documentation:

1. Copy of ID card;

2. Copy of military registration certificate (for males).

3. Study card (mark sheet) with certified seal;

4. Certified copies of all orders (initial enrollment; status suspension/ restoration/ termination) in the personal file;

5. Document of recognition of education received in a foreign country (if any);

6. Bachelor’s degree - a copy of the secondary education certificate;

Master’s student - a copy of the bachelor’s diploma or a document equivalent to it (see note);
    
Note:

A person with a bachelor of law degree or an academic degree equivalent to it is entitled to study at the “law” master’s program.

• The relevant faculty informs the person wishing to mobility about the considered credits and the academic year determined on this basis, no later than October 5, 2024;

• The applicant for mobility is obliged to familiarize himself with the conclusion and on the same day to express his consent or refusal to transfer to the GTU in writing. Otherwise, the university reserves the right not to consider the issue of his/her mobility enrollment at GTU without prior notice.

Note:

• The order on enrollment at GTU with extra-ordinary mobility will be issued no later than October 14, 2024

• The student enrolled at mobility signs an academic and financial contract with the faculty after the order is issued.
