Environmentally clean and safe river floating turbine model, new type of solar cells, real-virtual laboratories, smart irrigation system Arduino UNO, transformable face reflector antenna frame construction solution task, smart door model Arduino UNO, remote control of airplane engine, computer museum, real bridge construction and 3D animation of bridges of various options, portable nitrate tester for agricultural food products, forensics laboratory, minerals, rocks and ores of Georgia, compositions, projects, models - this is a small list of the exposition, which was organized by 13 faculties of the Georgian Technical University and 15 The researchers and students of the institute presented at the science festival in Gori.

With the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, to popularize science among youth, to involve them in research and innovative activities, a science festival – “Young Scientists for a Better Future of the Planet" is being held in the regions of Georgia.
The festival started on September 16th in Zugdidi and will cover all major cities of Georgia until October 19th.
On September 26th, within the framework of the festival, an event was held in Gori, where one of the partners of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth in organizing the festival – the Georgian Technical University, presented to the visitors.
According to the vice-rector of GTU, the contribution of the science of the Georgian Technical University to the education of the young generation of researchers is immense.
According to Tamar Lominadze, scientists of the Georgian Technical University, within the framework of global collaboration, successfully implement international projects with such leading scientific centers and organizations of the world as CERN in Switzerland, KEK and J-PARC in Japan, Fermilab in the United States of America, which, in turn, determines the high qualification of young researchers.
“With the support of the Georgian government, the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth conducts several interesting and important events to popularize science among young people, which creates a fertile ground for development and success for future scientists. We believe that the young researchers of the Georgian Technical University will use the support of the Government of Georgia and the Ministry and successfully take the name of Georgia to the international scientific space”, noted Tamar Lominadze.
According to GTU, the expositions presented by the Georgian Technical University at the science festival – “Young Scientists for a Better Future of the Planet” were well received by the visitors.
