The Niko Muskhelishvili Central Scientific Library of the Georgian Technical University is one of the largest repositories of books in the country. Its universal collection includes educational, scientific, and artistic publications. Among them are unique (rare) publications that represent an invaluable collection of Georgian, European, and American works from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries in technical, engineering, and humanitarian specialties.
The library's collection also includes periodicals in French, German, Russian, and English, reflecting the uninterrupted process of enriching technical and historical literature. Notably, the library houses unique encyclopedias such as Brockhaus, Larousse, and Granit.
Integrated into the library system is the "KOHA" integrated library system (http://opac.gtu.ge/), providing access to both print and electronic literature search capabilities within the library.
Students and faculty of the Georgian Technical University have access to electronic resources through the library.
