Stress Management Training for Refugee and Internally Displaced Students
“Stress Management Techniques” on December 23rd, at 02:00 p.m., the Tutoring and Mentoring Center of the Georgian Technical University will conduct a special training for internally displaced students.

The goal of the meeting is to introduce students to practical methods for reducing stress, emotional regulation, and improving psychosocial well-being.

The training will be led by Sophiko Gogochashvili, Executive Director of the CDP Community Development Platform and WeekEnd Psychotherapy practitioner, psychoanalyst/psychotherapist.

For information: Sophiko Gogochashvili has been a lecturer at Tbilisi Theological Academy and Seminary since 2010, is a certified EMDR specialist (Class of 2024), and holds two master’s degrees in psychology and HR management.

She has many years of experience in stress management, emotional support, and psychosocial development.

The training, which will be held in room 223, Building I of GTU, is intended for internally displaced students who want to master practical stress management techniques and psychological empowerment.

Registration is mandatory to participate.

The Tutoring and Mentoring Center thanks all students for their interest and continues to develop support programs at GTU.
