On March 13 at the conference hall of the Technical University of Georgia professors and students met Mr. David Tkeshelashvili, the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, and Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, the Chairman of the Roads Department. Invited authorities represented brand new technologies in the field of road building.
Aiming towards the popularization of this area was signed the Memorandum of Agreement between the Ministry of Georgian Regional Development and Infrastructure, the Roads Department and Professor Archil Prangishvili, the Rector of TUG. The parties agree to develop collaborative activities to provide TUG Students and professor-teachers with modern technologies and supporting them in qualitative study process and research, encouraging skilled staff, as well as providing the students with internships in appropriate building and designing organizations.
