GTU Students of the Faculty of Architecture, Urban Planning and Design visited Berlin Technical University

On February 11-18 group of students of the Faculty of Architecture, Urban Planning and Design of GTU with the students of Tbilisi State Academy of Fine Arts have been visiting Berlin Technical University within the German-Georgian joint project “Cautious Reconstruction of the City”.

On February 13-14 was held the exhibition and the presentation of the project along with the other 11 German projects at Berlin Technical University. Jury, including well-known European specialist of urban planning, Professor Gabi Dolff-Bonekaemper awarded the project with the first place and International Diploma.

The participants of the project from GTU were: the leaders of the project - Professor George Shaishmelashvili and George Sulaberidze; the students – Temur Ninua, Sopo Paksashvili, Ludmila Chikovani, Ia Bartaia, Sopo Ninidze, Shalva Kikabidze, Mamuka Kapanadze and Magda Lekishvili.
