On November 25th, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will conduct a training for students of the Viticulture and Enology Educational Program of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Biosystems Engineering within the framework of the European Union-funded project - ENPARD IV.
The training, entitled “Vine Pruning and Formation”, will start at 09:30 a.m. and will be conducted by Julio Prieto Diaz, FAO International Consultant in Viticulture.
The training includes theoretical and practical parts.
Julio Prieto Diaz is a viticultural engineer with many years of experience in vineyard management in Spain and abroad and has been collaborating with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for several years on training and various projects.
The training will include a theoretical and practical course that which will be practically implemented in Saguramo.
