Attention for the GTU students with a suspended status and academic debt

If you study at the Georgian Technical University and are a student with a suspended status or academic debt, it is important that you carefully familiarize yourself with the instructions valid for the 2024/2025 academic year:

Restoration of the status and continuation of studies

From the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, students with a suspended status and/or academic debt to restore their status and/or continue their studies in an additional semester must submit an appropriate application to the Rector of the Georgian Technical University. The application deadline is September 2nd, 2024.

If you are a first-semester master's or doctoral student with a suspended status and/or in academic debt, the application deadline is September 9th, 2024.

Academic Debt

If your academic debt exceeds 120 credits in the bachelor's degree and 60 credits in the master’s degree, you must apply to the university’s rector during the internal mobility period to continue your studies in an additional semester.

Financial Debt

If you have financial debt, please submit a document confirming payment of financial debt with the application
