We offer information about the registration deadlines to enroll in Doctorate educational programs at the Georgian Technical University for the 2024/2025 academic year, submission of attached documentation, and the examination schedule.

• Registration to enroll in Doctorate educational programs at the Georgian Technical University will be carried out on the electronic platform - register.gtu.ge, from August 30 to September 4, 2024;

• In accordance with the prerequisite for admission to the Doctorate program, the exam in a foreign language will be held on September 6th, 2024 from 10:00 a.m., in the I building of GTU, in the center of examination and electronic learning resources (computer center - 1, 6th floor, computer center - 2, first floor; Kostava St. N68);

• The preliminary results of the foreign language exam will be published on September 7th, 2024; Complaints will be received at the exam location, from September 6th to September 9th, 2024, until 2:00 p.m. (except Sundays); The final results, taking into account the appeal, will be published on September 9th, on the GTU website;

• In accordance with the prerequisite for admission to the Doctorate program, the interview in a foreign language will be held on September 6th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., in the administrative building of GTU, N77 Kostava St. (in the central library). The results will be published on the GTU website on September 7th, 2024;

• The interview with the faculty temporary admission commission will be held on September 10th, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. The results of the interview (extract from the minutes of the Faculty Temporary Commission - list of applicants for enrollment) will be published on the GTU website on September 11th, 2024. Claims will be accepted from September 11th, 2024 to September 13th, 2024 until 2:00 p.m. Lists of applicants for admission (taking into account the appeal) will be published on the GTU website on September 13th, 2024;

• The applicant is obliged to sign academic (educational) and administrative (financial) agreements with the university within 5 working days after the publication of the final results (from September 13th to September 18th, 2024, excluding Sundays).
