1. Regarding the termination of the authority of the member of the representative council (Senate) of the Georgian Technical University - Vasil Gligvashvili - the speaker of the representative council (Senate) of the GTU, Professor Zaza Sopromadze;

2. Regarding the 2023 activity report of the head of the administration (Chancellor) of the Georgian Technical University - the reporting head of the administration, Professor Karlo Kopaliani;

3. Joint report of the head of the internal audit service of the Georgian Technical University on the report of the work performed by the head of the administration in 2023 - the speaker is the head of the internal audit service, Professor Tamaz Urtmelidze;

4. On the approval of the procedure for checking the plagiarism of the work done at the Georgian Technical University - the speaker is the Deputy Rector of the GTU, Professor Tamar Lominadze;

5. Regarding making changes to the staff schedule of the administration of the Georgian Technical University - the speaker is the head of the administration of the GTU, Professor Carlo Kopaliani;
