“For the first time in the history of the Technical University of Georgia, we’ve elected members of the Supervisory board. I’d like to emphasize that the Academic Council did not support the presented candidates by chance - each of you is an outstanding scientist worldwide. You’ve made the greatest contribution to the development of science, conducted the most important, fundamental research, and solved the most difficult tasks, most of which are mentioned in well-known scientific articles and published in high-rated scientific journals - this is the reason for the unanimity of the Academic Council! I wish you success for the benefit of our country and the Technical University of Georgia”, said Davit Gurgenidze in his speech.

The newly elected members of the Supervisory board thanked the Rector and the Academic Council for their trust.
