On 3-7 of July, Professors from Afyon Kocatepe University – AKU (Turkey) visited Georgian Technical University within ERASMUS+ mobility project for teaching activities coordinated by AKU.
During the mobility stay Turkish scientists: Professor Bahri Ersoy (Engineering Faculty), Associate Professor Huseyin Kocak (Faculty of Science and Literature), Associate Professor Mustafa Kemal Yıldız (Faculty of Science and Literature), Associate Professor Osman Metin (Faculty of Science and Literature) and Assistant Professor Mehmet Eyup Kiriş (Faculty of Science and Literature) visited GTU central library, GTU popular scientific-educational labs and became familiar with ongoing educational and research processes at the Technical University.
At the meetings with the representatives of Department of Liberal Sciences Turkish Professors delivered the presentations about AKU, its scientific and educational activities.
Mobility schedule included working meetings with the representatives of GTU International Relations and Standards Office as well. At the meetings were discussed the possibilities to launch new joint projects under Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Capacity building in the field of higher education.
