GTU is organizing a call to sel ect undergraduate and master students taking part in the Erasmus+ KA107 mobility project coordinated by Aalen University of Applied Sciences. Thanks to the collaboration agreed by the universities, up to 4 students fr om GTU will be able to do an exchange during the 2nd semester semester of the 2016-2017 academic year at the Aalen University of Applied Sciences.
The selected students will benefit fr om the following grant: 800 euro per month for up to five months (a maximum of 4000 euro in total) and travels costs.

Required documentation submission at GTU International Relations and Standards Office  – 22.10.2016

Deadline of the Nomination by GTU – 30.10.2016

The application deadline for the Summer Semester 2017 (March 1st to August 31st 2017) at Aalen University is November 1st, 2016.

In order to formally accept nominated and selected students, they must complete and return the attached application forms to aaa@hs-aalen.de no later than 01.11.2016.
 
In addition to the attached application form, the student must provide:
- a study plan proposal (Learning Agreement for Studies),
- a Transcript of Records,
- a photo and a scanned copy of their student identification document, as well as
- a proof of language competency (B2 for English and at least B1 for German language).
 
All documents should be sent as PDF or JPEG. Please note that the students should apply through the GTU International Relations and Standards Office and applications sent directly by the students won’t be accepted.
 
Please note that currently the applicants are asked to complete in addition online application. This step must also be completed by the application deadline too. The aforementioned documents to be handed in must also be uploaded within the online application tool.
