ERASMUS+ Staff Training Week at RUT

From 29 August to 2 September, 2016, at Rzeszów University of Technology - RUT (Rzeszów, Poland) was conducted a Training Week for Staff Mobility as planned in the Mobility Agreement within Erasmus + Program KA107 Mobility Project coordinating by RUT (agreement no. 2016-1-PL01-KA107-023712).
The following representatives of the project partner universities from Georgia, Ukraine and Brazil participated in the training: Ms. Nino Zhizhilashvili represented Georgia and Georgian Technical University (International Relations and Standards Office), Ms. Tetiana Kuchynska (National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Ukraine), Ms. Oksana Ivanytska (Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine) and Ms. Jaqueline Schultz (Federal University of Ouro Preto, Brazil).
The Staff Training Week was organized by the project coordinator RUT and Erasmus Institutional Coordinator at RUT, Mrs. Monika Stanisz.
There were considered various issues during the quite intense training schedule such as mobility opportunities for students, academic and administrative staff within Erasmus+ ICM program, including transparent and objective selection criteria and procedures, academic recognition, etc; necessary assistance and support of mobility participants before, during and after mobility including various social or formal matters; relevant consulting; appropriate integration activities; impact and dissemination of learning outcomes and gained experience as well and etc.
Within the training the participants became acquainted with modern laboratories at the faculties of RUT.
The participants met Prof. Grzegorz Ostasz, Vice-Rector for International Relations as well. During the meeting were discussed new initiatives and opportunities for joint international projects development.
