Honorary Degree of Doctor Honoris Causa of Georgian Technical University to Mr. Stefan Hipp

On 30 June, by the decision of GTU Academic Council, famous German businessman and philanthropist, Mr. Stefan Hipp was conferred an Honorary Degree of Doctor Honoris Causa of Georgian Technical University in recognition of his outstanding achievements in the field of the food industry and his contribution to productive cooperation with Georgian Technical University and scientific and technical support of Georgian students.
Herewith was signed the Memorandum providing GTU Bachelor’s and the Master’s program students with internships in Germany.
Notably, that Mr. Stefan Hipp is a shareholder of German baby food producer HiPP.
