On 29 May - 4 June, 2016, GTU Professor Irine Gotsiridze delivered the lectures at the West Pomeranian University of Technology – WPUT (Szczecin, Poland) within Erasmus + Program KA107 Mobility Project coordinating by WPUT.
The lectures were related to the actual issues of biomedical engineering and medical informatics, including hospital information systems,
clinical information systems such as RIS (radiology information systems), medical diagnostic systems, patient risk assessment, biological effects of radiation, nanobiosensors and their applications in medicine, etc.
Georgian Professor met Professor Krzysztof Penkala (faculty of electronics engineering) and Erasmus institutional coordinator at WPUT, Ms. Agata Bruska. At the meetings were considered the issues related to the ongoing joint projects as well as the prospects for the development of new joint educational and research projects.
