On 23 March the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Georgia, Mr Abbas Talebifar and the Chancellor of Payame Noor University, Prof. A.A. Rostami Abusaeedi visited Georgian Technical University.

Payame Noor University is one of the largest universities in Iran and a mega university in world, with its headquarters in Tehran.

The representatives of GTU administration met Iranian guests. During the meeting were discussed the issues related to further partnership between the universities as well as the implementation of joint scientific–research and educational projects.
