International Conference
“Physical Methods of Investigation in Medicine”
On October 27-29, at Georgian Technical University was conducted International Conference “Physical Methods of Investigation in Medicine”, organized by Georgian National Academy of Sciences, Georgian Technical University (GTU) and Georgian Association of Science History, with financial support of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation.
Reports about physical methods (x-ray, laser, NMR, ultrasonic, etc.) and their use in diagnostics and treatment in various areas of medicine were presented at the Conference.
The purpose of the Conference was to promote partner cooperation of the scientists working in the field of physical methods of investigations, with experts of public health services and to exchange their experience and practical skills for the further development of these methods and their wider application as well.
Georgian, English and Russian were the working languages of the Conference.
The theses and reports of the participants will be published in the collection of the Conference works.
