On October 11, the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Dimitri Shashkini and the Rector of Georgian Technical University, Archil Prangishvili opened the laboratory of renewable energy at Georgian Technical University.
The representatives of WINROCK Project and USAID attended the event as well.
This research laboratory was created in order to educate the specialists of relevant fields. The results of the researches conducted at the laboratory will support effective use of ecological and power technologies in Georgia.
The laboratory was developed by Georgian Technical University with support of Austrian company HERZ Armaturen, USAID and Georgian International Energy Corporation.
