On 15-26 December the International Centre for Social Research and Policy Analysis (ICSRPA) offers two week certified training course in Human Resources Management, which is based on modern methodologies and provides with a most up-to-date approaches and trends. This course will be very useful for managers and promising employees of any organization, including public, private, non-governmental, to increase their managerial and recruiting skills. Participants will be provided with unique and highly valuable licensed course materials including e-books, tests, simulations etc. Participants will be exposed to a number of frameworks and models to better understand and analyze the HR Management theory and practice that are conducive to the demands of the organization and the environment in which it resides.
