On December 24th, at 12:00, the Tutoring and Mentoring Center of the Georgian Technical University invites you to a training dedicated to the psychological mechanisms of personal and professional development. The event will be led by trainer, psychotherapist Diana Nikolaishvili.
The program is built on the concept of the “Hero’s Journey” and aims to help participants understand the path of development, understand internal barriers and master practical tools as a means for professional self-reflection and development of mentoring and pedagogical competencies.
The training includes the following topics:
Managing motivation and attention;
Understanding fears and limiting beliefs;
Recognizing developmental stages;
Using effective questions in pedagogy, mentoring-tutoring, and self-development.

All interested persons (including academic staff, teachers, tutors and mentors, as well as students) can attend.
To attend the training must register and fill out the registration form.
