On June 11 at Al.Janelidze Geological Institute was opened jubilee scientific session dedicated to 100th anniversary of the famous geologists Nino Tatrishvili and George Zaridze organized by Al.Janelidze Geological Institute; Technical University of Georgia; The Georgian National Academy of Sciences and Engineering Academy of Georgia.
The scientific session will be conducted on 11-12 June.
Director of Al.Janelidze Geological Institute, Prof. T. Tsutsunava opened the jubilee session.
The rector of TUG, honoured president of Engineering Academy of Georgia, Prof. Archil Prangishvili remarked that Republic Centre of gemmology and mineral substances research and diagnostics of Georgia is awarded the name of George Zaridze.
