Memorandum of AgreementOn May 21 Mr. Dimitri Shashkin, the Minister for Probation, Penitentiary and Legal Support of Georgia visited TUG. During the visit was signed the Memorandum of Agreement between the Ministry for Probations of Georgia and Professor Archil Prangishvili, the Rector of TUG.
The parties agree to provide collaborative activities supporting prisoners’ education. Further forms and activities concerning such educational programs will be defined by the parties and distance learning will be preferred as well.
