“It is necessary to maximize your opportunities, creative energy, and direct your efforts towards intellectual and professional development. It is education that is the basis of personal development, and an educated and responsible young person lays the foundation for the country’s progress,” said Academician David Gurgenidze, Rector of the Georgian Technical University, at an event dedicated to the start of the new academic year at GTU.
With the support of the University Rector and the organization of the administration, the start of the new 2025-2026 academic year and the admission of the 103rd batch of freshmen to the Georgian Technical University were celebrated with a large-scale event in the open university space adjacent to the 3rd and 4th academic buildings, in which students and professors of all three levels of GTU participated.
