UNESCO International Association of Universities Online Lecture “Artificial Intelligence and Higher Education”

On September 11th, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. (Central European Time), the UNESCO International Association of Universities online lecture, “Artificial Intelligence and Higher Education”, will be held.

The topic of the first session is “How Artificial Intelligence is Advancing Human Cognition and Pedagogy” and will be led by Professor Duncan Fritchard of the California University. Participants will gain insights into how artificial intelligence is influencing the ways we think, learn, and teach, as well as recognize possible challenges to critical thinking and educational practice.

The lecture series will be held over a six-month period and will feature leading international speakers. The first lecture will open an academic dialogue on how universities can shape and adapt to the fundamental transformations brought about by artificial intelligence in education.

The sessions will be held in English and French with simultaneous translation.
