“For me, the Georgian Technical University and the Faculty of Construction mean a step towards the future. This is a higher education institution where you can find your professional path, gain knowledge, and, most importantly, become a specialist who can develop the construction sector,” says Nino Pavliashvili, a graduate of the Georgian Technical University and a constructor at the design organization “Capital”.

Nino Pavliashvili completed her bachelor’s degree in 2018, master’s degree in 2020, and doctoral degree in 2023 in the field of civil and industrial building construction at the Faculty of Construction.

“The Georgian Technical University stands out due to its well-established structure, extensive experience, and professional lecturers, making the Faculty of Construction one of its most prestigious departments. Here, significant emphasis is placed on both theoretical education and practical work. The laboratories meet modern standards, and the opportunity to work on real projects helps students develop essential professional skills. What is particularly noteworthy is the faculty collaboration with both Georgian and international construction companies, allows students to undertake internships and apply their knowledge in real-world settings. Additionally, seminars, competitions, and training sessions are frequently organized, further enriching our educational experience. Constant development and the pursuit of innovation are vital for personal growth. Therefore, I encourage students and applicants to make the most of the resources and time available to them, as this is an excellent period for self-improvement. I also recommend that they actively participate in university life and continuously work on enhancing their skills. Even the most esteemed engineering school can’t impart knowledge unless we show initiative and take responsibility,” Nino Pavliashvili points out.
