Giorgi Kurasbediani, music producer of the university creative group – “MUSIC ART HOUSE”, thanked the university rector and administration for supporting and promoting student creativity. According to him, the concert, which was held to encourage the participants of “Studfest 2025” and increase their creative energy, was highly appreciated by the university students, their friends, and professors, which motivates the members of “Mare” to further refine and diversify their repertoire.

“The Technical University is one of the oldest and traditional centers of creative groups - folklore and pop singers, jazz and rock - in Georgia. The fact that old university traditions continue with dignity today speaks of many circumstances. We thank the Rector of the Georgian Technical University, Academician David Gurgenidze, the university administration, and the Department of Student Services, Culture and Sports for their support, for the popularization of student creativity, and the creation of a comfortable environment in the university space. Along with receiving quality education, these factors also motivate us to conduct creative activities at a professional level, attract more talented students, form new groups, and work on original repertoires,” noted Giorgi Kurasbediani.

According to Davit Kiknadze, the soloist of the group “Mare”, a student of the Faculty of Construction, the evening will be unforgettable for both the group members and the audience.

“We are glad that our solo concert, with its emotions and mood, will be unforgettable for the audience. We received many compliments from students, our friends, and professors. We think that the university rector and chancellor also liked the concert very much - thanks to the university administration for its support and encouragement. It means a lot to us when the rector attends the youth concert and stays until the end. The main thing is that we are completely saturated with the strong charge we received from the audience. We thank everyone!”, noted Davit Kiknadze after the concert.

The final concerts of creative groups and collectives at the university will continue until the end of the current academic year.
