Nestor Labartkava graduated from the Faculty of Law and International Relations in 2016 and, as an invited lecturer, has led lecture courses in international public law, international humanitarian law, and international criminal law.

“The knowledge and experience gained at the university have greatly contributed to my professional development and everyday life. With my many years of experience working in the public sector, I would like to tell students who have already chosen the Georgian Technical University and/or applicants who are now choosing a profession, studying at the Georgian Technical University means being part of a circle of individuals who can discuss various problematic issues with a high standard and make appropriate decisions.
