Student Scientific-Practical Conference – “ICT in Life 2024”

A student scientific-practical conference – “ICT in Life 2024” is underway at the Georgian Technical University, organized by the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems and the Dresden University of Applied Sciences.
The student scientific-practical conference is held by the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems and the University of Applied Sciences in Dresden.
The conference, in which researchers and students of the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems and Dresden University of Applied Sciences participate, was opened by the dean of the faculty.
As Professor Taliko Zhvania said, the conference allows researchers and students to establish new contacts and internationalize scientific achievements.
“It is no coincidence that the partner and co-organizer of the conference, with the Georgian Technical University, is the Dresden University of Applied Sciences. Dresden University of Applied Sciences (HTW Dresden) is one of the leading universities in Germany, focused on applied sciences.
At the Georgian Technical University, which has a hundred-year history, the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems has been one of the main centers of education in our country for 71 years in informatics and automation. Georgian Technical University and Dresden University of Applied Sciences are connected by more than ten years of cooperation. The student scientific-practical conference foundation was laid last year, and this year, we are holding it for the second time. The topic of the international conference is a field of interest, and participation in it will lay the foundation for establishing new scientific research contacts. I wish success to the conference participants”, announced Taliko Zhvania.
About 80 students of the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems of the Georgian Technical University and the University of Applied Sciences of Dresden participated in the student scientific-practical conference – “ICT in Life 2024”. The results of more than 50 scientific studies, interdisciplinary research, and innovative ideas are presented at the meeting. The conference will last two days. Certificates will be given to the participants.
