The qualifying competition in arm wrestling - GEORGIAN ARMWRESTLING GAMES (GAG) will be hosted by the Georgian Technical University, on June 9, in Tbilisi.

Any wrestler, including students, can participate in the competition.

According to the exclusive right received within the framework of the agreement signed with one of the most popular arm wrestling organizations in the world - EAST VS WEST, the athletes who won the GEORGIAN ARMWRESTLING GAMES will be given a license, thus they will have the right to participate in the international tournament planned in Turkey - EAST VS WEST FINAL QUALIFY.

GEORGIAN ARMWRESTLING GAMES will start at 12:00 p.m. in the large hall named after Ivane Javakhishvili on the 3rd floor of the administrative building of GTU (Address: Merab Kostava#77). On June 8, from 10:00 to 15:00, the participants will be weighed.

GEORGIAN ARMWRESTLING GAMES will be held in the following weight categories:
• 75 kg (left / right)
• 85 kg (left / right)
• 95 kg (left / right)
• 105 kg (left / right)
• 105 + kg (left / right)

Up to 200 athletes, including 30 foreign athletes, will participate in the GEORGIAN ARMWRESTLING GAMES. Special guests: famous Georgian athletes, foreign partners, and business sector representatives will attend the competition.
