Request for submission of invoice (invoice) to the a sponsoring organization and / or individuals

• Based on the information provided by the student (personally), the Accounting Department of GTU will ensure the issuance of an invoice;
• Due to the pandemic situation in the World, LEPL Georgian Technical University has an online delivery service of invoices for foreign students. In this case, the student must send the following information in the form of a message to the following e-mail (see below) address:
     o Student’s Name and Surname in English language;
     o Passport number (series),
     o Personal e-mail address (in case of sending information by mobile phone),
     o Name of the faculty indicating the course.
• The Accounting Department of GTU will provide online delivery of invoice (invoice) within 3 days.
