It is a great honor for me to represent the American people on behalf of the Georgian Technical University and to congratulate you on the Independence Day of the United States of America.

The United States has always been, is and will be a beacon of freedom and democracy for other nations, a key pillar of peace and stability.

For us, as the Higher Education Engineering School - Georgian Technical University, the projects implemented together with the leading American universities and American companies are important.

Students of the Georgian Technical University study with American students, and scientists from our university work with American colleagues to improve their achievements. I hope that this cooperation will deepen in the future, which means a high level of science and education, because, as the great Ilia Chavchavadze, recognized as the father of the Georgian nation, said:  "Learning, knowledge, science - is an effort that nothing can stand in front of today: neither fist, or sword, nor height of troops."
