The following laboratories are represented at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Biosystems Engineering of the Georgian Technical University:

• 6 food technology laboratories. Laboratory works during the educational processes are carried out in these laboratories.
• ISO 17025 agro-ecological teaching-scientific diagnostic laboratory with 3 rooms, where the laboratory of the French module is also combined (Finished products characterization: milk fat and finished products rheology, Finished products characterization: milk fat and finished products sensorial analysis). Based on the tools available in the accredited laboratory, the laboratory is also used for research work, both for master's and doctoral dissertation topics.
• 1 laboratory of chemistry and food, where laboratory works as well as scientific researches of the faculty are carried out during the educational process. Master's and doctoral students work in the laboratory for the research of the dissertation topic.
• 1 laboratory of hydraulics, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• 1 laboratory of water resources and irrigation, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• 2 laboratories of microbiology, where laboratory works during the educational processes as well as scientific researches are carried out. Master's and doctoral students work for the research of the dissertation topic.
• 2 laboratories of plant morphology and genetics, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• 1 tasting laboratory, where food and wine tastings are held, which are used for educational processes.
• 2 physics laboratories, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• 1 laboratory of forest taxation, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• 1 laboratory of phytopathology, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• Forest entomology 1 laboratory, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• 1 laboratory of zoology, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• 2 animal husbandry laboratories, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
• Food technology, technical and safety parameters control computer system 1 laboratory, where laboratory works are carried out during the educational process.
