On May 25, 2023, at the Faculty of Law and International Relations at the Technical University of Georgia, the teaching-practical laboratory of diplomatic mastery named after the outstanding Georgian immigrant professor Mikheil Muskhelishvili, the Georgian father of the European Union, was officially opened. On the same day, the 7th anniversary of the Faculty of Law and International Relations was also celebrated, during which various interesting events were held. At the opening of the laboratory, professors Vazha Shubitidze and Edisher Japaridze gave a public lecture, "Niko Nikoladze and Mikheil Muskhelishvili - the founders of European integration". The public lecture was held in an interactive mode, attended by students, professors and invited guests.

The laboratory was officially opened and the Rector of GTU Academician Davit Gurgenidze gave a speech, the Chancellor of GTU Professor Karlo Kopaliani, the Dean of the Faculty Professor Irakli Gabisonia and others addressed the students and the attending public.

The laboratory of Mikheil Muskhelishvili aims to introduce the great achievements of Mikheil Muskhelishvili to the Georgian and foreign public, to study, translate and publish his scientific legacy. In addition, the objectives of the laboratory are:
