The Faculty of Law and International Relations has a quality assurance service, which is guided in its activities by the guidelines of the quality assurance service of the Technical University of Georgia and the faculty regulations.

Faculty Quality Assurance Service:

  1. a) contributes to ensuring a high level of teaching quality through the use of modern methods of learning, teaching and assessment and preparation of self-assessment for the authorization/accreditation process.
  2. b) systematically assesses the progress of the educational and scientific-research process at the faculty, the degree of qualification improvement of academic staff, invited specialists and teaching staff;
  3. c) establishes a close relationship and cooperates with the relevant services of higher education institutions of foreign countries, in order to perfect the transparent criteria of quality control and the methodology of their realization;
  4. d) develops the internal evaluation procedure of the faculty's scientific-research activity;
  5. e) monitors and evaluates educational and scientific-research processes;
  6. f) provides self-assessment of the faculty for the authorization and accreditation process;
  7. g) regularly (once a semester) informs the results of his work to the faculty council and council;
  8. h) examines curricula of training programs and syllabi of training courses and gives recommendations for their improvement;
  9. i) exercises other powers granted by the university charter and legal acts of the university.
