The Faculty of Law and International Relations of the Georgian Technical University, at the exhibition dedicated to the Independence Day, exported the equipment of the forensics laboratory, which the students and employees of the laboratory presented to the public. To encourage citizens, those who wish could take their own fingerprints for souvenirs with the help of forensic scientists. At the exhibition, our laboratory received quite a lot of approval, which will increase the interest among young people.

Tbilisi Mayor Davit Narmania met professors and students at Georgian Technical University. The topic of the meeting was about current issues in the city - transport, architecture, construction, energy, legal regulation of social issues. The mayor of the capital listened to the opinions and suggestions of professors and students. He also answered questions from the audience.

The representatives of the Faculty of Law and International Relations, Transport and Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Urbanism and Design, Energy and Telecommunications, and Construction Faculties attended the meeting with the Mayor.

During his visit to GTU, the Mayor of Tbilisi visited the forensic laboratory and mock trial hall, got acquainted with the specifics of the work of the law clinic and free legal consultation.

Lithuanian law experts visited the forensics laboratory

Lithuanian jurists visited the criminology laboratory at the Faculty of Law and International Relations of the Georgian Technical University. Students of the forensics laboratory presented chemical and technical tools to the guests and conducted practical-laboratory studies. The Lithuanian guests were impressed and unanimously noted that such a laboratory on the basis of the university would really help students acquire practical skills along with theoretical knowledge.
