Since its formation, the IDS has collaborated with a number of leading European art, architecture and design schools. We have signed contracts, memorandums, or mobility agreements on student and academic staff exchanges through Erasmus+ or Tempus facilities, organized lectures, conferences, masterclasses, competitions, workshops and student and personnel group visits. Before the pandemic, we sent our students and teachers to and received return visits from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Politecnico di Milano, and IUAV in Venice, and in 2019 our students and teachers had a chance to celebrate the Bauhaus Centenary in Germany visiting Weimar, Dessau, Berlin and spending a memorable day in Munich with the owner of the world's leading baby food companies Prof. Klaus Hipp, himself an artist and designer.
