“University Close International Relations Have Been an Invaluable Experience for Me” – GTU Graduate

“The close international relations, exchange programs, and internships at leading Georgian companies of the Georgian Technical University International Design School have been an invaluable experience for me,” says Giorgi Chakhvashvili, a graduate of the Georgian Technical University.

Giorgi Chakhvashvili completed his bachelor’s degree at the GTU International Design School in 2017, and master's degree in 2019; he began working at the English-language Faculty of Architecture of the International Black Sea University, where he lectured on three-dimensional digital visualization of architectural projects. Currently, Giorgi Chakhvashvili works as a 3D artist at the architectural visualization studio “Studio Parallel”.

As the GTU graduate says, the education he received at the International Design School, and the approaches and methods that the lecturers shared with him, contributed to his career growth in many ways.

“My path to the International Design School of the Georgian Technical University was a turning point in my development as a professional. From the beginning, I was fascinated by the unique approach of the professors, which combines engineering, technology, and innovative design. The International Design School is a place where creativity and practicality come together, which allows students to work successfully in modern design. The faculty close international relations, exchange programs, and internships in leading Georgian companies turned out to be an invaluable experience. These opportunities not only helped me develop professional skills but also made me more flexible and adaptable to modern design trends. I can say that the knowledge and experience gained here played a decisive role in my career success. The integration of innovative technologies and a deep understanding of design allow me to be competitive and constantly create something new,” says Giorgi Chakhvashvili.
