On January 13, 2018, on the initiative of the Faculty of Law and International Relations of the Georgian Technical University, the project "Meet the employer" was implemented, within the framework of which it was planned to organize meetings of students with future employers. Within the framework of the project, first of all, employees of the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia were invited.

The event was opened by Professor Irakli Gabisonia, Dean of the Faculty of Law and International Relations of GTU, who introduced the goals and objectives of the "Meet the Employer" project to the audience. The dean welcomed the invited guests, thanked them for coming and asked the students to actively participate in the work of the project.

Within the framework of the same project, a presentation-discussion of the textbooks "Prosecution Law" and "Investigative Law" published within the framework of the scientific project "Investigative Law" approved by the Faculty of Law and International Relations of GTU was held, where the authors, including Jemal Ghakhokidze and Irakli Gabisonia, spoke on the importance of the book, they emphasized the mechanisms of elimination of legal gaps revealed during the work on the paper and asked the prosecutors to review the paper presented to them.

Within the framework of the "Meet the employer" project, the management of the faculty invited up to 25 prosecutors who hold various leading positions throughout the country, including: Head of the Department for Ensuring Effective Support of the State Prosecution in Jury Court Cases - Nino Aghlemashvili, Shida Kartli and Mtskheta-Mtianeti District Prosecutor - Shota Tkeshelashvili, Vake - Saburtalo District Prosecutor - Shota Rizhamadze, Financial Police Supervision Prosecutor of the Chief Prosecutor's Office Mikheil Sadradze, Prosecutor of the Investigation Department - Emzar Gagnidze, Financial Police Supervision Prosecutor of the Chief Prosecutor's Office - Giorgi Mikeladze, Tbilisi Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor - Davit Gumberidze, Military Police Supervising, Prosecutor - Giorgi Kvinikadze, Prosecutor of the Department of Investigation of Crimes Committed in the Process of Litigation - Jemal Lomsadze, Prosecutor of the Department of Investigation of Crimes Committed in the Process of Litigation - Berdia Sichinava, Nikoloz Dgebuadze, Head of the Department of Investigation Procedural Management in the Central Criminal Police Department and the Patrol Police Department, Soso Saltkhutsishvili, Deputy Prosecutor of Vake-Saburtalo, Aleksandre Potsverashvili, Deputy Prosecutor of Isani Samgori District, Deputy Head of the City Prosecutor's Department - Ioseb Khutsishvili, Prosecutor of Vake-Saburtalo - Irakli Minashvili, Prosecutor of Gldani-Nadzaladevi - Eka Esakia, Head of Human Rights Protection Division - Salome Shengelia, Prosecutor Giorgi Mekvabidze, Prosecutor Ketevan Gumburidze, Prosecutor Papuna Kereselidze, Prosecutor Zaza Sukhishvili and Prosecutor Irina Chochia.

Each of the invited prosecutors presented themselves to the public, they talked about the path to becoming a prosecutor, called upon the young adults to work enthusiastically, and explained the prerequisites for starting work at the prosecutor's office. The students actively asked questions and received comprehensive answers from the prosecutors.

Within the project "Meet the employer" there was an exchange of information between practicing lawyers and scientists working at the faculty, the professors presented their views on specific issues, and the employees of the prosecutor's office, on their part, listened to the recommendations identified from a scientific point of view and expressed their desire to work in the format of joint work. The purpose of the faculty in organizing the said meeting was to increase the competitiveness and employment of students in the evaluation and review of undergraduate and master's programs of the criminal law module, so that more sophisticated and practical programs loaded with practical components can be created at the faculty in the future.

The first event within the "Meet the employer" project was held, which ended successfully, and the faculty will actively continue to invite various employers within the project.
