In 2017, he graduated from the undergraduate law program of the Faculty of Law and International Relations of the Georgian Technical University. Since 2017, he is a master's student of the Faculty of Law and International Relations of GTU, in the direction of public law. Currently, he is working at the Public Service Hall.
