In 2009, graduated from the first level of higher academic education at the Georgian Technical University and was awarded the academic degree of Bachelor of Law, in 2011 he graduated from the second level of higher academic education at the Georgian Technical University and was awarded the academic degree of Master of Law. In 2015, he completed his doctoral studies at the Georgian Technical University and was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Laws. Currently, he works in the construction company Decoline, holding the position of director general, as well as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and International Relations of the Georgian Technical University.
