In the conditions of the pandemic, virtual learning laboratories have gained special interest. We have created a training virtual simulator that simulates all stages of the defibrillator testing process. It is worth noting that the proper functioning of defibrillators is of critical importance in emergency care and resuscitation departments and is a life-sustaining medical device. In the laboratory of quality control of medical equipment of the Georgian Technical University, we studied the process of testing defibrillators. Rescue defibrillator and Fluke DP7000 tester were used. The tester evaluates the following parameters: energy, synchronization time, charging time and phasivity. The necessary photo, video and audio material for the simulator was collected.

The training simulator was created with Microsoft Visual Studio software, using the C# programming language. With the help of the simulator, the user can accurately simulate absolutely all stages of testing the defibrillator: turning on the equipment, setting the parameters to be measured on the defibrillator, discharging the defibrillator and displaying the parameters obtained from the measurement on the screen. All measurements can be simulated; Energy (Joules), Synchronization Time (s), Charge Time (s) and Phase (Mono-Phase/Bi-Phase).
