Theme: Mountain-house - a mediacenter building in old part of Tbilisi, 2004.
An artificial river flows through the old quarter of avlabari and the oxen guard the red shores as a vizual reference to famous painting of Niko Pirosmani. By the shore a glass mountain 220 meters long is erected with terraced floors inside. Serving as a cultural and media center it carries a message of return to nature. But the nature is returned as an atrificial construct. On the other shore a row of tall trees encloses the space. In the water the golden prisms seeming to follow the flow, but static in fact, host a variety of activities. The complex creates another sacred space to the existing space of the cathedral nearby.
