The initial practice of Poetics of Architecture is to rewrite the history of architecture by removing traditional topographic and temporal frames and markers: to bring closer those that are different in form (style, period, place) through names. Removal of traditional topographic and temporal frames (lifting of chrono-topic borders) means that the architectural artifacts are no longer arranged through principles of time (history) and place (geographic location). All this implies that architectural forms and images no longer find their origin in historical context, material resources or the climate of the region; rather, their origin is to be found elsewhere - in an universal language of culture, where grand themes and archetypes lie. Architecture is arranged through the framework of these archetypes. The manes of these themes (archetypes) are: Mass, Wall, Coloumn, Stair, Frame
"Poetics of Architecture” is an inner movement of the critique of architecture following "new reading" of history or "a parallel narrative"
The works presented are result of the reflection on the themes offered. They are done by students via hints, even dictation from Shota Bostanashvili.
